Alliance Homecare believes strongly in continuing education for all staff led by our dedicated Learning and Development department. In an ongoing effort to grow and improve the care we provide, our new office includes a brand new 1,200 sq. ft. training school!
Designed by our Director of Learning and Development Krystal Vias, our new training room has space for hands-on learning with durable medical equipment such as a Hoyer lift, a hospital bed, a model bathroom in which to practice safe transfers and fall prevention, and a medical training dummy for training pertaining to bathing and wound care. These trainings are designed in conjunction with leading care providers to target specific patient populations and diseases such as Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Parkinson’s, ALS, and more.
Our dedication to training results in highly skilled, specialized caregivers who are industry experts; ready to meet every client’s needs.
